Kafta kebabs

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (85%), 2 pounds

  • Kafta seasoning (to do: figure out my own recipe. I usually get this in a bag from Lebanon.)

  • Salt, 1 tsp

Equipment

  • Skewers

  • Grill or broiler

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and seasoning

  2. Grab a handful of the beef mix, and mold it around the skewer.

  3. Grill or broil the skewers until cooked through.

  4. Rest and serve. This goes well with basmati rice or pita pockets. If it’s going into a pita pocket, toss in some lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and a white sauce.
